Choosing the correct lab equipment can be a tricky thing to do. First one has to know what type of lab they are going to have. Will the lab be for personal use or will high school students be using the equipment to study their specimens on microscope slides? No matter who will be using the microscopes for scientific purposes one thing is for sure, the more one knows about choosing the right microscopes for their lab the better off they will be when studying items.

Choosing correct lab equipment in the form of microscopes is relatively easy if one chooses a light microscope. One can either have a high or low power microscope. The low power scope allows one to see an image in a three dimensional view, and are usually purchased for larger images. However, a high power scope allows one to see “invisible” items such as blood cells easily. These are used mainly for general hobbyists and children of all ages.
