Life is not always easy and sometimes bad things happen to good people. It is what they make of that experience that determines whether or not they will be beaten down by the occurrence. Some people turn those lemons into lemonade by giving others the motivation to live through a crisis, just as they have. Perhaps you have lived through a traumatic experience and want to share your personal, triumphant story with others. If that is the case, then life coach training may be what you need in order to give others the benefit of your experience and wisdom.

There are schools and programs designed to help the coaching process become a reality for you. Coach training is not standardized. There is no “official” certification or colleges that can teach you how to learn leadership mentoring. The driving force for you should be a success principle that fuels you to want to motivate others.

There are some organizations that you can belong to if you want to join them and there are always classes in psychology, sociology and therapy that can help you gain the necessary skills that you will need to help motivate other people. Some of these organizations are: the International Coaching Council, the International Association of Coaching and the European Coaching Institute. You can also take courses online that may be able to help you with your training.
