The idea of someone having to buy photos to upload onto their Facebook profile is absurd. There are very few instances when buying a photo is justified. Facebook will provide you with step-by-step instructions on creating your albums and will have a section devoted to uploading photos into these albums. There is a maximum number of photos you can put in one album (it is sixty) but you can create as many albums as you wish.
