Learning to speak French fluently is not an easy feat. Most language teachers agree that the best way to become fluent in any language is to completely immerse yourself in that language. Not everyone is able to travel to the country where the language is spoken exclusively; however, if you can learn French in France, then this would be the ideal scenario. The other option is to get into a very good immersion course. An immersion course that provides you with audio and visual aids to expose you to the language is the next best thing.

A French immersion course can give you excellent results in how to speak French in as short a time as three months. This is because when you are constantly exposed to the sound of the French vocabulary, it is sub-consciously being imprinted in your mind. This constant exposure and imprinting makes it so that eventually you learn French so well that you don’t have to mentally search very hard to find the French words you want to use.

Once you have gotten to the point where you can actually think in French, then you will know that you have mastered the language though this method of intensive French study. An immersion course makes a “knowledge deposit” in your brain, which will guide your every time you attempt to speak the language.
